Smiddiehill Dispersal turns out to be one of the great sales
of all time
March 5th 2008 will be remembered by the 800 or so people that
attended as one of the greatest sales of Jersey cattle ever
seen in the UK.
The overall average for the Jerseys of £2,685 apiece
is also thought to be a new record for a dispersal average.

The Jersey herd sold really well to a top of 8,000 guineas
for the fabulous Fourcrosses Sambo Petunia EX-93 with the 8
month old Smiddiehill Hallmarks Marbell ET making 7,500 guineas.
